Easy Vidalia® Onion Rings

Easy Vidalia<sup>®</sup> Onion Rings

2          large G&R Vidalia® sweet onions
2 ¼      cups all-purpose flour
2          cups milk
            cooking oil for deep frying

Cut onions into half-inch slices and separate into rings. Dip into milk, then flour and repeat. Deep fry at high temperature until golden brown, drain on paper towels.
