Sweet Vidalia® Rounds

1         cup mayonnaise
¾        cup finely chopped G&R Vidalia® sweet onions
½        cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
2         tablespoons dijon mustard
1         loaf of white sandwich bread

Cut bread with 2" round bread cutter and arrange on baking sheet. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and spread with a spoon on bread rounds. Broil on high for about 2 minutes until golden brown. Yields approximately 48 rounds, or 10 to 12 servings.
