The farm and packing facilities at G&R are certified by the Georgia Fruit and Vegetable Growers’ Association’s Georgia Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) Food Safety Program. This membership in the GAP Program enhances G&R’s ability to employ comprehensive food safety practices in the production of their Vidalia® sweet onions.
In addition, G&R Farms’ Vidalia® sweet onions are extensively tested by a third-party laboratory to confirm food safety. Their onions are certified by Waters Agricultural Laboratories, Inc., which guarantees purity and pesticide-free status.
